BBVA (NYSE:BBVA) reported quarterly earnings of $0.52 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.41 by 26.52 percent. This is a 1.96 percent increase over earnings of $0.51 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $9.875 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $8.810 billion by 12.09 percent. This is a 0.59 percent decrease over sales of $9.934 billion the same period last year.
