Alexandria Real Estate (NYSE:ARE) reported quarterly earnings of $2.33 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.29 by 1.97 percent. This is a 1.27 percent decrease over earnings of $2.36 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $762.04 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $751.11 million by 1.46 percent. This is a 0.61 percent decrease over sales of $766.73 million the same period last year.
