American Assets Trust (NYSE:AAT) reported quarterly earnings of $0.55 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.50 by 10 percent. This is a 3.51 percent decrease over earnings of $0.57 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $113.46 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $111.90 million by 1.40 percent. This is a 0.86 percent increase over sales of $112.49 million the same period last year.
