ODDITY is providing the following guidance for the second quarter ending June 30, 2024:

• Net revenue between $185 million and $189 million, representing year-over-year growth between 22% and 25%.
• Gross margin of approximately 71.0%.
• Adjusted EBITDA between $53 million and $56 million.
