Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) reported quarterly earnings of $0.76 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.74 by 2.7 percent. This is a 5.56 percent increase over earnings of $0.72 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $5.804 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $5.668 billion by 2.39 percent. This is a 2.24 percent increase over sales of $5.677 billion the same period last year.
