Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) reported quarterly earnings of $2.71 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.64 by 2.65 percent. This is a 12.45 percent increase over earnings of $2.41 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $21.383 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $21.398 billion by 0.07 percent. This is a 2.34 percent increase over sales of $20.894 billion the same period last year.
