Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc.  announced  the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which are being offered in connection with the forward sale agreements described below, at a public offering price of $24.75 per share. The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering size of 8,000,000 shares of common stock, and the offering is expected to close on March 14, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
