Hawkins, Inc. (NASDAQ:HWKN), a leading specialty chemical and ingredients company, has completed the acquisition of Industrial Research Corporation. Industrial Research distributes water treatment chemicals and equipment for its customers in central to northern Louisiana, eastern Texas and southern Arkansas.
