Shares of NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP) shares rose sharply in today’s pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and issued guidance.

NetApp posted adjusted earnings of $1.94 per share, beating market estimates of $1.69 per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $1.610 billion, versus expectations of $1.591 billion, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

NetApp shares jumped 17.3% to $104.50 in pre-market trading

• GigCapital5, Inc. (NASDAQ:GIA) shares dipped 64% to $3.99 in pre-market trading. GigCapital5 announced closing date of March 4, 2024 for business combination with QT Imaging.
• Fisker Inc. (NYSE:FSR) shares tumbled 38.4% to $0.4482 after the company reported preliminary fourth-quarter total revenue results below estimates and said it expects to conclude there is substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern when its annual financial statements are filed with the SEC.
• Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIDU) fell 33.7% to $5.95 in pre-market trading. Sidus Space priced public offering 1,321,000 Class A common share at $6 per share.
• Scilex Holding Company (NASDAQ:SCLX) shares declined 32.2% to $1.54 in pre-market trading after reporting a $10 million bought deal offering.
• New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NYCB) fell 28% to $3.45 in pre-market trading after the company identified material weakness in internal controls and announced a leadership transition.
• Gritstone bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRTS) fell 26.1% to $2.07 pre-market trading after the company announced an approximately 40% reduction of its workforce.
