Shares of TransMedics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TMDX) rose sharply in today’s pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued strong guidance.

The company posted quarterly earnings of 12 cents per share, compared to market estimates for a loss of 3 cents per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $81.17 million versus expectations of $68.51 million.

• Galera Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRTX) shares gained 37% to $0.2630 in pre-market trading. Galera Therapeutics 10% owner Yair Schneid acquired a total of 932,402 shares at an average price of $0.18.
• Infobird Co., Ltd (NASDAQ:IFBD) shares surged 36.2% to $3.76 in pre-market trading after dipping 27% on Monday. Infobird announced a Delay in effective date of reverse split to March 4 ,2024.
• Surf Air Mobility Inc. (NYSE:SRFM) shares jumped 31.1% to $1.39 in pre-market trading. Surf Air Mobility Inc. 13G filing showed Palantir Technologies Inc. reported a 7.1% stake in the co as of Feb. 15, 2024.
• Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADN) gained 24.8% to $0.2810 in pre-market trading after jumping over 38% on Monday.
• ZyVersa Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZVSA) gained 22.2% to $1.32 in pre-market trading after surging around 35% on Monday.
• Earlyworks Co., Ltd (NASDAQ:ELWS) shares rose 21.4% to $0.7150 in pre-market trading after gaining 4% on Monday.
• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE:HIMS) rose 20% to $12.30 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued strong guidance.

• The Aaron's Company, Inc. (NYSE:AAN) shares fell 27% to $7.64. Aaron's reported a loss for the fourth quarter, while sales missed estimates.
• NRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRXP) shares fell 25.2% to $0.32 in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed underwritten public offering of common stock.
• Intuitive Machines, Inc. (NASDAQ:LUNR) dipped 19.8% to $5.03 in pre-market trading. Intuitive Machines said communications with moon lander Odysseus is expected to cease Tuesday morning, effectively ending mission 5 days after touchdown, Reuters reported.
• Unity Software Inc. (NYSE:U) fell 17.7% to $27.18 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed financial results for its fourth quarter. The company said it sees first-quarter strategic portfolio revenue in the range of $415 million to $420 million.
• BioSig Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:BSGM) shares dipped 16.5% to $0.40 in pre-market trading after jumping over 51% on Monday.
• CarGurus, Inc. (NASDAQ:CARG) shares fell 14.3% to $20.47 in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results.
• Gaxos.ai Inc. (NASDAQ:GXAI) fell 14.3% to $0.5609 in pre-market trading after jumping 25% on Monday.
• Telesis Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:TBIO) fell 12% to $0.5811 in pre-market trading after tumbling 15% on Monday. Telesis Bio said it sees preliminary 2023 total consolidated revenue of $27.5 million.
• Pineapple Energy Inc. (NASDAQ:PEGY) shares fell 11.4% to $0.0720 in pre-market trading. On Feb. 5. Pineapple Energy priced a $1 million registered direct offering of common stock.
• Nyxoah S.A. (NASDAQ:NYXH) fell 10.7% to $13.73 in pre-market trading. Nyxoah is expected to release financial results for the fourth quarter on March 5, 2024.
