Eton Pharmaceuticals Won US Patent for Proprietary Hydrocortisone Oral Liquid Formulation

Eton Pharmaceuticals ("Eton" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:ETON), an innovative pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing treatments for rare diseases, today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") has granted the Company's U.S. Patent Application No. 18/113,458, which covers the Company's ET-400 product candidate's proprietary formulation of oral liquid hydrocortisone. The patent has an expiration in 2043 and is expected to be listed in the FDA's Orange Book upon the product's approval. The Company has additional patent applications related to the product under review with the USPTO.
