Shares of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD) fell sharply during Monday’s session after the company reported worse-than-expected first-quarter financial results and lowered FY24 adjusted EPS guidance below estimates.

Air Products & Chemicals posted adjusted earnings of $2.82 per share, missing market estimates of $3.00 per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $3.00 billion versus expectations of $3.19 billion.

Air Products and Chemicals shares dipped 14.7% to $220.02 on Monday.

• MIRA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:MIRA) surged 31.1% to $1.22. MIRA Pharmaceuticals announced a research collaboration with Pharmaseed to conduct pre-clinical studies on use of Ketamir for patients with major depressive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

• Griid Infrastructure Inc. (NASDAQ:GRDI) shares rose 26.4% to $2.63 after dipping more than 50% on Friday.
• Rail Vision Ltd. (NASDAQ:RVSN) climbed 24.9% to $14.79. Rail Vision received patent approval from the Indian Patent Office titled "System And Method For Object And Obstacle Detection And Classification In Collision Avoidance Of Railway Applications."

• DMK Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NASDAQ:DMK) fell 53.2% to $0.2433. The company filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
• Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:INBS) fell 44.2% to $3.3203 after the company announced exercise of previously issued warrants for $1.77 million in gross proceeds.
