Shares of Meta Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:META) rose sharply in today’s pre-market trading as the company reported upbeat fourth-quarter financial results and initiated a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share.

The company also announced a $50 billion increase to its share repurchase authorization.

Meta shares climbed 16.5% to $460.02 in pre-market trading

• Trugolf, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRUG) shares jumped 33.1% to $1.77 in pre-market trading after dipping 55% on Thursday.
• Roma Green Finance Limited (NASDAQ:ROMA) gained 25.2% to $0.94 in pre-market trading after gaining around 5% on Thursday.
• Jiuzi Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:JZXN) shares gained 20% to $0.84 in pre-market trading.
• C3is Inc. (NASDAQ:CISS) shares rose 18.8% to $0.1625 in pre-market trading. S.H.N. Financial recently reported a 9.1% stake in the company.
• Minim, Inc. (NASDAQ:MINM) shares rose 18.7% to $5.97 in pre-market trading after gaining more than 22% on Thursday.
• Akso Health Group (NASDAQ:AHG) shares gained 13.7% to $2.55 in pre-market trading after jumping over 35% on Thursday. Akso Health recently announced its plan to make an equity investment in Deyihui, an online clinic based in China.
• The Clorox Company (NYSE:CLX) shares gained 8.1% to $159.99 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised FY24 adjusted EPS guidance above estimates.
• Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) shares rose 6.3% to $169.31 in pre-market trading after the company posted stronger-than-expected results for its fourth quarter. The company said it sees first-quarter revenue to be between $138 billion and $143.5 billion versus estimates of $142.13 billion. Operating income is expected to be between $8 billion and $12 billion in the first quarter.

• AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:AGRI) shares dipped 17.7% to $0.3236 in pre-market trading. AgriFORCE Growing Systems received a Notice of Allowance for U.S. patent application 17/983,109 titled "Automated Growing Systems."
• Kiora Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:KPRX) shares fell 14.4% to $0.7280 in pre-market trading. Kiora Pharmaceuticals shares jumped around 54% on Thursday after the company announced a private placement of up to roughly $45 million.
• GRI Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRI) fell 13.9% to $1.68 after surging more than 20% on Thursday.
• Charles & Colvard, Ltd. (NASDAQ:CTHR) shares fell 13.2% to $0.35 in pre-market trading.
• Skechers U.S.A., Inc. (NYSE:SKX) declined 10.9% to $56.65 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results.
• Cingulate Inc. (NASDAQ:CING) fell 10.7% to $3.00 in pre-market trading. Cingulate named Jennifer Callahan as CFO, succeeding Lou Van Horn.
• QuantaSing Group Limited (NASDAQ:QSG) shares fell 8.4% to $3.70 in pre-market trading.
• Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. (NASDAQ:JRSH) shares declined 7.7% to $2.85 in pre-market trading. Jerash is expected to release its financial results for fiscal 2024 third quarter on Feb. 8, 2024.
• Revelation Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:REVB) shares dipped 7.6% to $2.94 in pre-market trading. Revelation Biosciences shares fell around 64% on Thursday after the company announced the pricing of a $6.2 million offering.
• Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) shares declined 2.5% to $182.18 in pre-market trading. Apple reported better-than-expected earnings and revenue for its first quarter. However, the company reported a revenue decline in China.
