MakeMyTrip Announces Repurchase Right Notification For 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2028

The Notes will mature on February 15, 2028, unless earlier repurchased, redeemed or converted. Pursuant to the terms of the Indenture dated as of February 9, 2021 (the "Indenture") relating to the Notes by and between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, it is the right of each Holder to require the Company to repurchase the Notes on February 15, 2024 and February 15, 2026 (which is, respectively, approximately three and five years after the Notes were initially issued) (the "Repurchase Right").
