Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE:HPE) is reportedly in advanced discussions to acquire networking equipment competitor Juniper Networks.

Juniper Networks shares climbed 23.3% to $37.26 in pre-market trading.

• Soligenix, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNGX) shares fell 11.3% to $0.8328 in pre-market trading. Soligenix shares gained around 16% on Monday after the company announced that the FDA granted the company's SGX945 development program for the treatment of Behcet's Disease a "Fast-Track" designation.
• Canoo Inc. (NASDAQ:GOEV) shares fell 11.1% to $0.2240 in pre-market trading. Canoo shares gained around 6% on Monday after the company announced the purchase of manufacturing assets "at dramatically reduced prices" to scale production at its Oklahoma City facility.
• Bit Brother Limited (NASDAQ:BETS) shares fell 10.7% to $0.0058 in pre-market trading after dipping 15% on Monday. Bit Brother announced a 1-for-1,000 reverse share split.
• Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYCC) shares fell 10.4% to $2.86 in pre-market trading after jumping 28% on Monday. The company announced it regained compliance with the Nasdaq minimum bid price requirement.
• Vincerx Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ:VINC) fell 8.8% to $1.24 in pre-market trading. Vincerx Pharma shares jumped 14% on Monday after the company released clinical results from a Phase 1 NIH-sponsored study of enitociclib in combination with venetoclax and prednisone for relapsed/refractory lymphoma.
• Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (NYSE:HPE) fell 8.5% to $16.21 in pre-market trading. HP might be on the verge of acquiring Juniper Networks, in a deal possibly worth around $13 billion. The announcement could be made as early as this week, according to The Wall Street Journal.
• Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZCAR) shares declined 8.1% to $3.65 in pre-market trading after falling around 6% on Monday.
• QuantaSing Group Limited (NASDAQ:QSG) shares fell 8% to $1.84 in pre-market trading after jumping over 27% on Monday.
