Shares of BlackBerry Limited (NYSE:BB) moved lower in pre-market trading following the release of third-quarter results.

BlackBerry reported quarterly earnings of 1 cent per share which exceeded the Street's estimate of losses of 3 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro. The company also said it sees fourth-quarter revenue of $150 million to $159 million.

BlackBerry shares fell 5.4% to $3.88 in pre-market trading.

• Mesoblast Limited (NASDAQ:MESO) shares gained 32.1% to $1.40 in pre-market trading. Mesoblast recently reported placement and accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise up to A$97 million.
• ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:PRZO) shares surged 30.9% to $1.61 in pre-market trading. ParaZero shares jumped over 75% on Wednesday after the company announced the successful completion of its safety solution development for a Fortune 500 leading global automotive manufacturer's proprietary drone program.
• 60 Degrees Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:SXTP) shares rose 27.4% to $1.49 in pre-market trading after jumping 36% on Wednesday.
• Aurora Technology Acquisition Corp.. (NASDAQ:ATAK) shares gained 26.1% to $5.56 in pre-market trading after falling 15% on Wednesday.
• Edgio, Inc. (NASDAQ:EGIO) shares climbed 25% to $0.4313 in pre-market trading after declining around 10% on Wednesday.
• PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:PETV) shares rose 23.2% to $1.01 in pre-market trading.
• Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:INO) gained 14% to $0.44 in pre-market trading.
• Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) rose 5.7% to $83.21 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed first-quarter financial results and issued strong guidance.

• Polished.com Inc. (NYSE:POL) shares fell 40.3% to $4.54 in pre-market trading after jumping 618% on Wednesday.
• Nogin, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOGN) shares fell 28.6% to $0.0800 in pre-market trading after dipping over 30% on Wednesday.
• Aclarion, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACON) shares fell 16.9% to $0.2899 in pre-market trading. Aclarion shares rose over 19% on Wednesday after the company was granted U.S. patent #11844601 for "MR SPECTROSCOPY SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSING PAINFUL AND NON-PAINFUL INTERVERTEBRAL DISCS (Severe Low Back Pain)."
• Dune Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ:DUNE) fell 15.6% to $3.90 in pre-market trading after gaining 6% on Wednesday.
• Gaucho Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:VINO) fell 13.3% to $0.49 in pre-market after jumping 20% on Wednesday.
• Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:GMBL) fell 13.3% to $0.0104 in pre-market trading. Esports Entertainment shares fell 41% on Wednesday after the company announced a 1-for-400 reverse stock split.
• Passage Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:PASG) shares fell 9.8% to $0.7344 in pre-market trading after gaining 7% on Wednesday.
