Primerica Promotes Tracy Tan, Executive Vice President Of Finance, To The Position Of CFO, Effective December 20, 2023; Nick Jendusa Appointed As Principal Accounting Officer

It was previously announced that Tan would be the successor to the company's Chief Financial Officer, Alison Rand, no later than April 1, 2024. As the Chief Financial Officer, Tan has been appointed as the company's principal financial officer, effective December 20, 2023. Nicholas Jendusa, the company's Executive Vice President and Controller, has been appointed as the Company's principal accounting officer, effective December 20, 2023. Rand will remain employed by the Company until her retirement on April 1, 2024 and will provide transition support and work on special executive projects until such date.
