EEIQ Expects to See Potential Synergies in New Fields Related to Fitness and Health
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio, Dec. 11, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- EpicQuest Education Group International Limited (NASDAQ: EEIQ), ("EpicQuest Education", "EEIQ or the "Company"), a provider of comprehensive education solutions for domestic and international students seeking college and university degrees in the US, Canada and the UK, today announced the launch of a new line of business that will offer international educational programs related to kinesiology and recreation education. The Company established a wholly owned subsidiary, Gilmore Inv LLC ("Gilmore"), in Ohio, for the purposes of this business, and kinesiology and recreation education programs will be offered by both of its owned and operated institutions, Davis University and EduGlobal College.
EEIQ's New Business Segment Represents a New and Potentially Dynamic Revenue Stream

The academic programing for Gilmore is currently being developed and will be offered globally as part of the Company's internationalization growth strategy. EEIQ expects to offer courses in kinesiology and recreational education beginning with its 2024 Fall programs. In addition to offering new educational programming, the Company established Gilmore as a new stand-alone subsidiary since it believes that it could represent a dynamic and distinct revenue stream for the Company with potential synergies in the fitness and sports fields.
