PennyMac Financial Services Prices Upsized Private Offering of $750M 7.875% Senior Notes due 202

The offering size was increased from the previously announced offering size of $650 million aggregate principal amount of Notes. The Notes will bear interest at 7.875% per annum and will mature on December 15, 2029. Interest on the Notes will be payable semi-annually on June 15 and December 15 of each year, beginning on June 15, 2024.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the Company's secured term notes due 2025 and for other general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on December 11, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
