RumbleOn, announced the final results of its $100.0 million rights offering (the "Rights Offering"). The subscription period of the Rights Offering expired at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, on December 5, 2023. The Rights Offering resulted in subscriptions for approximately 81.1% of the shares offered at an exercise price of $5.50 per share. The shares of Class B common stock subscribed for are expected to be issued to participating stockholders on or about December 8, 2023.
