StoneCo Ltd. (NASDAQ:STNE) shares rose in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat results for its third quarter on Friday.

StoneCo posted adjusted earnings of 27 cents per share, beating market estimates of 22 cents per share. The company’s sales came in at $643.35 million versus expectations of $610.17 million.

StoneCo shares gained 6.3% to $11.40 in pre-market trading.

• Motus GI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOTS) shares fell 15.4% to $3.37 in pre-market trading. Motus GI shares gained around 13% on Friday after the company announced the Pure-Vu EVS Gastro was successfully used in the first procedure since receiving FDA clearance.
• Safe and Green Development Corporation (NASDAQ:SGD) shares fell 14.3% to $0.5999 in pre-market trading after jumping 36% on Friday.
• Verve Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VERV) shares fell 14.1% to $13.50 in pre-market trading after the company announced first human proof-of-concept data for in vivo base editing from the ongoing heart-1 phase 1b clinical trial of VERVE-101.

• Intrusion Inc. (NASDAQ:INTZ) fell 12.3% to $0.42 in pre-market. The company announced that it entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement through a $2.4 million Private Offering of 4,359,374 shares at $0.60 per share.
• TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:TCON) fell 9.9% to $0.2075 in pre-market trading. TRACON Pharmaceuticals shares jumped 44% on Friday after the company reported third-quarter financial results.
