Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2023 Guidance

Based on information as of today, ACV is providing the following guidance:

Fourth Quarter of 2023:
- Total revenue of $116 to $120 million, an increase of 18% to 23% year over year
- GAAP net income (loss) of ($24) to ($26) million
- Non-GAAP net income (loss) of ($8) to ($10) million
- Adjusted EBITDA of ($7) to ($9) million
Full-Year 2023:
- Total revenue of $479 to $483 million, an increase of 14% to 15% year over year
- GAAP net income (loss) of ($75) to ($77) million
- Non-GAAP net income (loss) of ($17) to ($19) million
- Adjusted EBITDA of ($20) to ($22) million
