Armstrong World Indus (NYSE:AWI) reported quarterly adjusted earnings of $1.60 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.31 by 22.14 percent. This is a 17.65 percent increase over earnings of $1.36 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $347.30 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $330.15 million by 5.19 percent.
