U.S. stocks traded lower, with the Dow Jones falling around 50 points on Tuesday. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

• Olink Holding AB (NASDAQ:OLK) shares rose 65.8% to $24.84 after Thermo Fisher Scientific announced it would acquire the company.
• Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ:METC) jumped 20.2% to $11.73.
• Summit Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SMMT) surged 16% to $2.03.
• iTeos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITOS) climbed 12.8% to $9.77.
• Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:WH) gained 11.2% to $76.83 after Choice Hotels proposed to acquire the company for $90.00 per share, payable in a mix of cash and stock.
• Cassava Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAVA) rose 10.4% to $13.97.
• V.F. Corporation (NYSE:VFC) rose 13.4% to $18.37. Engaged Capital has built a big stake in VF Corp, according to The Wall Street Journal.
• Cytek Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTKB) climbed 8.6% to $5.24.
• Century Aluminum Company (NASDAQ:CENX) rose 8.3% to $7.12.
• EHang Holdings Limited (NYSE:EH) rose 7.8% to $20.73.
• Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:UAA) gained 7.3% to $7.51.
• Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE:SXT) jumped 6.7% to $57.02 after Baird upgraded the stock from Neutral to Outperform.
• Tango Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TNGX) rose 6.8% to $6.96.
• Olema Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:OLMA) gained 5.5% to $11.12.
