PowerFleet, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWFL) gained 42% to $2.80. Powerfleet and MiX Telematics entered into a definitive agreement to form one of the largest mobile asset Internet of Things Software-as-a-Service providers in the world.

SaverOne 2014 Ltd (NASDAQ:SVRE) rose 31.1% to $0.7010.

Intrusion Inc. (NASDAQ:INTZ) gained 30.4% to $0.4565. Intrusion has been awarded a $5 million agreement with a large telecommunications provider to provide Intrusion Shield support for its data centers.

Startek, Inc. (NYSE:SRT) gained 29.1% to $4.21 as the company agreed to be acquired by funds managed by CSP Management Limited for $4.30 per share in cash.

CISO Global Inc. (NASDAQ:CISO) shares climbed 29.1% to $0.18. CISO Global said its Argo Edge Cloud Security Platform has been independently valued at $49 million.

Mobilicom Limited (NASDAQ:MOB) climbed 27.1% to $1.8050, after gaining more than 11% on Monday.

PGT Innovations, Inc. (NYSE:PGTI) surged 21.8% to $31.92.

NanoString Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:NSTG) gained 20.7% to $1.4506 after the company disclosed third-quarter preliminary results and a reorganization designed to accelerate its path to profitability.

Erasca, Inc. (NASDAQ:ERAS) rose 20.6% to $2.6550.

Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCSA) climbed 19% to $0.2209.

MDxHealth SA (NASDAQ:MDXH) gained 18.5% to $2.82. MDxHealth reported preliminary revenues of $19.3 million for the third quarter, representing an increase of 73% year over year.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:LXRX) shares surged 15.5% to $1.1550. Lexicon Pharmaceuticals said INPEFA received preferred formulary status with Express Scripts for Medicare patients.

ContraFect Corporation (NASDAQ:CFRX) rose 13.4% to $0.5108, after surging more than 12% on Monday.

Canopy Growth Corporation (NASDAQ:CGC) gained 13% to $0.7733. Canopy Growth received EU GMP certification from RP Tuebingen, Regional Health Inspectorate of Baden-Wuerttemberg for its cannabis cultivation facility in Kincardine, Ontario.

Coherent Corp. (NYSE:COHR) climbed 12% to $34.73 after the company announced Denso Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation have agreed to invest an aggregate $1 billion in its silicon carbide business.

Opendoor Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:OPEN) gained 8% to $2.6250.

Rackspace Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:RXT) gained 8.1% to $1.67.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE:H) gained 5.6% to $110.33 after it was announced the company will join the S&P MidCap 400.

Immunic, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMUX) shares rose 5.6% to $1.68 after the company announced interim data from its phase 2 CALLIPER trial of nuclear receptor-related 1 (Nurr1) activator, vidofludimus calcium (IMU-838), in patients with progressive multiple sclerosis (PMS).

Unity Software Inc. (NYSE:U) shares surged 4.1% to $30.92 after the company announced a CEO transition. Unity announced that John Riccitiello will retire as chairman, president and CEO, effective immediately.

Akero Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:AKRO) shares fell 63.9% to $17.52 after the company reported a 36-week analysis of its Phase 2b SYMMETRY study evaluating the efficacy and safety of its lead product candidate efruxifermin.

Athersys, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHX) dipped 46% to $0.1620 after the company reported interim analysis results of MASTERS-2 clinical study with multistem in ischemic stroke and signed a Memorandum of Understanding for global ARDS license with Healios.

89bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:ETNB) fell 37.7% to $9.68.

HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (NASDAQ:HUBC) fell 32% to $0.4547.

Gamer Pakistan Inc. (NASDAQ:GPAK) declined 27% to $1.63. Gamer Pakistan priced its IPO at $4 per share.

ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:PRZO) shares declined 23.7% to $2.06. ParaZero Technologies shares jumped 133% on Monday after the company announced an Australian regulator approved first commercial drone flights in populated areas and near people using ParaZero safety systems..

Ventyx Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:VTYX) dipped 22.1% to $23.38 after the company announced results from the Phase 2 trial of VTX002 in patients with moderate-to-severely active ulcerative colitis.

Molekule Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MKUL) shares fell 21.7% to $0.1009 after gaining around 5% on Monday.

John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:WLY) declined 10.4% to $31.02 after reporting a CEO transition.

Falcon's Beyond Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:FBYD) fell 9.6% to $13.50.

Lipella Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:LIPO) fell 9.5% to $0.95.

RVL Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:RVLP) shares fell 9.2% to $0.1732, after jumping over 50% on Monday.

Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRPN) fell 9% to $13.83.
