• The Glimpse Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRAR) fell 41.2% to $1.91 in pre-market trading after the company reported a wider FY23 loss.
• Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:TNXP) fell 36.8% to $0.4418 in pre-market trading after the company reported pricing of $4.5 million public offering.
• Vaccinex, Inc. (NASDAQ:VCNX) shares fell 29.8% to $1.06 in pre-market trading after the company reported pricing of $9.6 million public offering.
• Bionomics Limited (NASDAQ:BNOX) fell 15.7% to $2.84 in pre-market trading. Bionomics shares jumped 244% on Thursday after the company announced the ATTUNE trial met its primary endpoint showing BNC210 treatment led to a statistically significant reduction in total PTSD symptom severity at 12 weeks.

• Femasys Inc. (NASDAQ:FEMY) fell 11.8% to $1.34 in pre-market trading after jumping 37% on Thursday. Femasys recently received FDA 510(k) clearance for FemaSeed, an infertility treatment designed to deliver sperm directly to where conception occurs in a woman's fallopian tube.
• Baudax Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:BXRX) fell 11.5% to $0.40 in pre-market. Baudax Bio shares gained over 50% on Thursday after the company announced it was granted orphan drug designation by the FDA for TI-168 for the treatment of Hemophilia A with inhibitors.
• Quince Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:QNCX) fell 11.2% to $1.03 in pre-market trading. Quince Therapeutics said that the FDA has lifted partial clinical hold lifted on IND for EryDel's lead Phase 3 asset EryDex.
• Ostin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:OST) shares fell 11% to $0.65 in pre-market trading after declining around 8% on Thursday.
