  • SciSparc Ltd. (NASDAQ:SPRC) gained 120.9% to $0.3450. The company reported its previously announced 1-for-26 reverse share split is expected to be implemented after market close today.
  • Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD) climbed 44% to $0.6175. Consulting firm McKinsey & Company has reached a substantial settlement agreement of $230 million to resolve lawsuits filed by numerous U.S. local governments and school districts, accusing the firm of contributing to the opioid addiction crisis through its consulting work with OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma and other pharmaceutical companies.
