Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation (CSE:GWAY) (OTC:GWAYF), a leading Canadian greenhouse marijuana cultivator, marks a significant milestone by launching its inaugural brands and SKUs, now accepted by the Ontario Cannabis Store for the Winter 2023-2024 product call.

Company president Carl Mastronardi highlighted Greenway's mission to provide high-quality products at fair prices, resonating with hardworking individuals looking for value and quality.

CEO Jamie D'Alimonte expressed excitement about the company's journey to market its own products, emphasizing meticulous planning and a commitment to meeting Canadian consumers' evolving tastes.

"Going to market with our own products has been part of our long-term strategy for the last few years. As we do with everything, we have been meticulous in every aspect of our go-to-market strategy. Our team has been hyper-focused on finding cultivars that meet the ever-changing tastes of Canadian consumers," D'Alimonte said. "We are excited that in short order we will be able to go into our local stores and pick up Greenway branded products."

New Brands

  • EPIC Cannabis Co: This craft whole flower brand debuts with a 7g package of Berry Sunset, a sought-after fruit-driven cultivar offering a unique value proposition for both connoisseurs and general consumers.
  • MillRite: Targeting value-driven consumers, MillRite offers prerolls and milled flower products. Its initial launch features a 2x0.5g preroll SKU with Greenway's Lavender Haze, a beloved sativa-leaning flower known for its floral, cedar, and citrus notes.

CFO Darren Peddle outlined the strategic shift toward a hybrid B2B and B2C business model, anticipating increased revenues and gross profits while solidifying Greenway's position as a consumer-facing brand.

This move signifies a pivotal shift for Greenway, tapping into the Canadian cannabis market's growing demand and its aspirations to become a leading cultivator in Canada.
