Turbo Energy, S.A. (NASDAQ:TURB) fell 33.1% to $3.35. Turbo Energy reported pricing of IPO at $5.00 per ADS.

Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:BCLI) fell 32.6% to $0.5498 after the FDA said it does not believe there is sufficient evidence to support that any of the assessed biomarkers for the company's ALS therapy is reasonably likely to predict clinical benefit.
