U.S. stocks traded higher, with the Dow Jones falling around 180 points on Friday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s session.

  • PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:PTCT) dipped 31.6% to $25.56 after the company announced the CHMP has given a negative opinion on the conversion of the conditional marketing authorization to full marketing authorization of Translarna for the treatment of nmDMD.
  • GDEV Inc. (NASDAQ:GDEV) shares declined 16.4% to $3.09.
  • Planet Fitness, Inc. (NYSE:PLNT) shares tumbled 15.2% to $50.74 after the company announced Craig R. Benson has been appointed the interim CEO, succeeding Chris Rondeau.
  • Mitek Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MITK) shares declined 10.7% to $11.58 after the company reported results for its second quarter and reiterated its FY23 guidance.
  • Kemper Corporation (NYSE:KMPR) shares fell 10.5% to $45.67. Kemper named Senior Vice President and Treasurer Bradley T. Camden as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately and said it is initiating formal search process for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
  • Kaixin Auto Holdings (NASDAQ:KXIN) shares dipped 9.6% to $2.94.
  • The Vita Coco Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO) shares fell 9.4% to $26.08.
  • Ambrx Biopharma Inc. (NASDAQ:AMAM) fell 8.4% to $9.10.
  • Perfect Corp. (NYSE:PERF) fell 8.3% to $3.2150.
  • Iris Energy Limited (NASDAQ:IREN) fell 8.2% to $4.60. The company posted net loss after income tax of $171.9 million for FY23, versus a $419.8 million loss in fiscal year 2022.
  • FingerMotion, Inc. (NASDAQ:FNGR) dipped 8.2% to $6.44.
  • Super Micro Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI) declined 7.7% to $249.93.
  • Lindsay Corporation (NYSE:LNN) fell 7.7% to $117.97. Stifel downgraded Lindsay from Buy to Hold and lowered the price target from $146 to $135.
  • ProKidney Corp. (NASDAQ:PROK) fell 7.5% to $6.44.
  • AlloVir, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALVR) fell 6.8% to $2.5250.
  • Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:HOV) fell 6% to $109.96.
  • The Aaron's Company, Inc. (NYSE:AAN) fell 5.7% to $9.83.
