• Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:EOSE) shares gained 41.9% to $4.61 in pre-market trading after the company announced 'Project AMAZE,' a $500 million program to address long-duration energy storage demand.
• Axcella Health Inc. (NASDAQ:AXLA) shares rose 25.8% to $0.2906 in pre-market trading after falling over 39% on Thursday.
• Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCSA) shares rose 23.9% to $0.3890 in pre-market trading after falling 5% on Thursday.
• 23andMe Holding Co. (NASDAQ:ME) rose 20.9% to $1.33 in pre-market trading after the company received FDA 510(K) clearance to expand its existing BRCA1/BRCA2 (selected variants) genetic health risk report.
• Nutanix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTNX) shares jumped 18.6% to $36.89 in pre-market trading as the company reported stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and announced a $350 million share repurchase program.
• Local Bounti Corporation (NASDAQ:LOCL) shares climbed 18.3% to $3.69 in pre-market trading. Local Bounti recently posted better-than-expected quarterly results.
• Elastic N.V. (NASDAQ:ESTC) shares gained 17.2% to $72.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter results and raised FY24 adj. EPS guidance.
• Canopy Growth Corporation (NASDAQ:CGC) shares surged 15.4% to $0.6599 in pre-market trading. Canopy Growth shares jumped over 25% on Thursday after the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recommendedthe rescheduling of marijuana on Wednesday.
• Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE:DELL) gained 9.1% to $61.38 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter results and raised its outlook for the year.

Losers

• Aditxt, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADTX) fell 48.1% to $28.58 in pre-market trading after jumping 461% on Thursday. Aditxt announced a $10 million private placement priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
• SRM Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:SRM) fell 19.4% to $1.50 in pre-market trading after declining 3% on Thursday.
• Flora Growth Corp. (NASDAQ:FLGC) shares fell 16.7% to $3.19 in pre-market trading after jumping 77% on Thursday.
• iCoreConnect Inc. (OTC:ICCT) fell 15% to $10.17 in pre-market trading. The company last Friday announced the closing of its previously announced business combination with FG Merger Corp.
• Biodexa Pharmaceuticals Plc (NASDAQ:BDRX) fell 14% to $6.87 in pre-market trading after jumping over 60% on Thursday.
• Tingo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TIO) shares fell 12.4% to $1.13 in pre-market trading. Hindenburg said they are shorting shares of Tingo Group.
• Acer Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:ACER) fell 11.7% to $1.13 in pre-market trading after jumping 110% on Thursday. Roth MKM downgraded Acer Therapeutics from Buy to Neutral and announced a $1.5 price target.
• Satixfy Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ:SATX) fell 10.6% to $0.5819 in pre-market. SatixFy Communications shares jumped 36% on Thursday after the company announced a $60 million transaction with MDA.
• Inspire Veterinary Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:IVP) fell 7.7% to $3.50 in pre-market trading. Inspire Veterinary Partners announced closing of $6.4 million initial public offering.
• Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO) shares fell 4.5% to $882.01 in pre-market trading. Broadcom posted upbeat earnings for its third quarter, but issued weak forecast for the current quarter.
