U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning on Thursday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

Tremor International Ltd (NASDAQ:TRMR) shares declined 27.2% to $4.56 in pre-market trading.
Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (NYSE:HE) tumbled 15.3% to $12.03 in pre-market trading following a report suggesting the company is facing multiple lawsuits alleging negligence over the Maui fires and is intalks with financial restructuring firms.
Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE:WOLF) dipped 13% to $46.27 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter adjusted EPS guidance below estimates.
Asure Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASUR) shares declined 10.3% to $12.43 in pre-market trading after the company reported pricing of public offering of common stock.
VinFast Auto Ltd. (NASDAQ:VFS) fell 10.3% to $27.02 in pre-market trading on volatility amid the company's recent Nasdaq debut.
Gold Fields Limited (NYSE:GFI) fell 9.4% to $11.53 in pre-market trading as the company reported a decline in EPS for the half year.
GigaCloud Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:GCT) fell 4.4% to $11.08 in pre-market trading. GigaCloud Technology shares gained 14% on Wednesday after Roth MKM maintained a Buy rating on the stock and raised its price target from $13 to $16.

Aegon N.V. (NYSE:AEG) fell 2.6% to $5.22 in pre-market trading after the company swung to a net loss.
