• Semler Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMLR) rose 40% to $32.85 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
• Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ETON) shares gained 25.3% to $3.26 in pre-market trading after posting upbeat second-quarter results.
• WeWork Inc. (NYSE:WE) shares rose 22.1% to $0.2257 in pre-market trading after jumping 43% on Thursday. The stock has been volatile after the company recently said there was substantial doubt over its ability to stay in business.
• Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE:ACHR) rose 22% to $7.11 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $215 million investment. The company, Wisk Aero and Boeing also announced a litigation settlement and collaboration.
• 1847 Holdings LLC (NYSE:EFSH) gained 17.5% to $0.2155 in pre-market trading. 1847 Holdings is expected to provide a business update and file the Company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter with the SEC on Aug. 14, 2023.
• Innodata Inc. (NASDAQ:INOD) shares gained 16.9% to $12.52 in pre-market trading after the company posted a narrower quarterly loss.
• Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:PGY) gained 16.5% to $2.69 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter sales results.
• Rigetti Computing, Inc. (NASDAQ:RGTI) shares climbed 13.4% to $1.86 in pre-market trading following a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss.
• Matinas BioPharma Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:MTNB) shares rose 12% to $0.2184 in pre-market trading. Martinas Biopharma shares fell 40% on Thursday after the company reported second-quarter financial results.

• Yield10 Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ:YTEN) shares fell 41.5% to $0.59 in pre-market trading after declining 20% on Thursday.
• Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MAXN) fell 25.7% to $16.55 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed second-quarter financial results and issued FY23 revenue guidance below estimates.
• PHAXIAM Therapeutics S.A. (NASDAQ:PHXM) shares fell 19.6% to $0.4779 in pre-market trading after jumping 36% on Thursday.
