• EdtechX Holdings Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ:EDTX) shares gained 139.8% to $26.54 in pre-market trading.
• BitNile Metaverse, Inc. (NASDAQ:BNMV) shares surged 38.5% to $1.80 in pre-market trading. BitNile.com said it has begun generating revenue from social gaming and Metaverse ads.
• Leju Holdings Limited (NYSE:LEJU) shares rose 37% to $4.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 15% on Wednesday.
• PolarityTE, Inc. (NASDAQ:PTE) shares rose 33.3% to $0.3240 in pre-market trading.
• MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:MVIS) gained 27.8% to $5.88 in pre-market trading. MicroVision reported withdrawal of public offering of common stock.
• Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ:NKLA) gained 19.4% to $1.29 in pre-market trading after jumping 18% on Wednesday.
• Sonnet BioTherapeutics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SONN) shares gained 13.8% to $0.8298 in pre-market trading after climbing 23% on Wednesday.
• Owlet, Inc. (NYSE:OWLT) rose 12.6% to $0.2520 in pre-market trading.
• Inventiva S.A. (NASDAQ:IVA) rose 12% to $4.38 in pre-market trading. Inventiva shares gained over 6% on Wednesday after the company announced its Phase II clinical trial evaluating lanifibranor in patients with T2D and NAFLD achieved its primary efficacy endpoint.
• Tenon Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ:TNON) shares climbed 11.3% to $0.3250 in pre-market trading. Tenon Medical shares dropped around 53% on Wednesday after it priced its public offering of $5.6M at $0.56 per unit.

Losers

• OncoSec Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ:ONCS) fell 51.1% to $0.21 in pre-market. OncoSec Medical filed voluntary petition for relief under bankruptcy. The company also said Robert Arch tendered his resignation as company's President and CEO effective on June 14.
• Bone Biologics Corporation (NASDAQ:BBLG) fell 49.1% to $2.00 in pre-market trading after the company priced an underwritten public offering of 2.54 million shares at $1.97 per share.
• DatChat, Inc (NASDAQ:DATS) fell 17.3% to $0.6865 in pre-market trading after jumping around 90% on Wednesday.
• SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ:LAES) fell 17.3% to $14.65 in pre-market trading after gaining over 74% on Wednesday.
• Blue Water Biotech, Inc. (NASDAQ:BWV) shares dropped 12.5% to $1.12 in pre-market trading. Blue Water Biotech shares gained 62% on Wednesday after the company acquired six FDA-approved drugs across various treatment areas.
• Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ:JG) shares dropped 11.8% to $0.27 in pre-market trading after reporting first-quarter results.
• Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCSA) fell 10.8% to $0.6050 in pre-market trading. Processa Pharmaceuticals said that CEO David Young, Pharm.D., Ph.D. will present at the MedInvest Oncology Investor Conference being held on June 21-22, 2023 in Boston, MA.
• Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:GREE) shares fell 10.4% to $2.15 in pre-market trading after jumping 50% on Wednesday.
• BeiGene, Ltd. (NASDAQ:BGNE) fell 9% to $189.47 in pre-market trading. Beigene said updated analysis from Phase 2 Rosewood Trial of Brukinsa Plus Obinutuzumab showed clinically meaningful activity and was generally well-tolerated in pretreated relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma patients.
• Applied UV, Inc. (NASDAQ:AUVI) fell 7.5% to $1.86 in pre-market trading. Applied UV's subsidiary, LED Supply, and its partner secured $0.8 million contract for lighting & building controls solution for global auto manufacturer's US facility.
