• T2 Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTOO) shares climbed 99.4% to $0.1886 after the company reported second largest sepsis-driven instrument sale in company history.
• Aclarion, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACON) climbed 69% to $1.0430 after the company announced a commercial agreement with the London Clinic and London Spine Clinic
• Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (NASDAQ:AAIC) shares gained 50.1% to $4.1285 after Ellington Financial announced plans to acquire the company.
• GreenLight Biosciences Holdings (NASDAQ:GRNA) rose 37.8% to $0.2750 after the company announced it entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by a group of buyers led by Fall Line Capital in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $45.5 million.
• Equitrans Midstream Corporation (NYSE:ETRN) gained 37.4% to $8.35 after RBC Capital upgraded the stock from Sector Perform to Outperform and raised its price target from $7 to $10.
• GD Culture Group Limited (NASDAQ:GDC) gained 31.3% to $5.83.

• Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:COIN) gained 8% to $61.46 after Atlantic Equities upgraded the stock from Neutral to Overweight and announced a $70 price target.
• Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO) climbed 6.7% to $867.42. Several analysts, including, Keybanc, Evercore ISI Group and BMO Capital raised their price targets on the stock.
• NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) gained 5.3% to $409.94 after the company announced it would build the Israel-1 generative AI cloud supercomputer. The stock is also trading higher on continued upward AI momentum following the company's Q1 results.

• Applied UV, Inc. (NASDAQ:AUVI) dropped 33% to $0.3751. Applied UV reported a 1-for-5 reverse stock split.
• SeqLL Inc. (NASDAQ:SQL) fell 26.8% to $0.38. SeqLL entered into definitive merger agreement with Lyneer Staffing Solutions and Atlantic Acquisition Corp.
• D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE:QBTS) dropped 21.5% to $1.3105.
• Oncorus, Inc. (NASDAQ:ONCR) fell 20.4% to $0.1750 after jumping 10% on Friday. Oncorus recently posted a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss.
• Bright Health Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:BHG) fell 18.3% to $9.61. RBC Capital maintained Bright Health with a Sector Perform and lowered the price target from $80 to $13.
