• Nano Labs Ltd (NASDAQ:NA) shares jumped 77.9% to $2.49.
• Kubient, Inc. (NASDAQ:KBNT) shares surged 64.8% to $0.80. Kubient and Adomni reported a definitive merger agreement.
• Team, Inc. (NYSE:TISI) climbed 30.2% to $5.69.

• Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ:NKLA) dropped 7.9% to $0.71. Nikola received written notice from Nasdaq that it is not in compliance with minimum bid price requirement.
