On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners named UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (NYSE:UNH) as his final trade.

Raymond James recently upgraded UnitedHealth Group from Outperform to Strong Buy and raised the price target from $615 to $630.

Joshua Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management said there's a "breakout in progress" on Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL).

Oracle announced plans to open a second cloud region in Singapore.

Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners picked CVS Health Corporation (NYSE:CVS).

CVS Health said it expects to close on the acquisition of Signify Health Inc (NYSE:SGFY) on or around March 29.

Jenny Harrington of Gilman Hill Asset Management said Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE:PXD) has an 11% dividend yield.

Exxon Mobil Corp. (NYSE:XOM) is reportedly in early-stage discussions with Pioneer Natural Resources about a potential acquisition, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

Price Action: UnitedHealth shares rose 0.7% to close at $512.81, while Oracle rose 1.1% to settle at $95.92 on Thursday. Pioneer Natural Resources shares fell 1.1%, while CVS Health declined 0.3% during the session.
