• Neoleukin Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLTX) shares rose 31.3% to $0.6965 in pre-market trading. Neoleukin’s board approved a further corporate restructuring to preserve cash, including a reduction in the company's workforce by 70%.
• Avenue Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATXI) shares rose 30.8% to $1.36 in pre-market trading after the company issued regulatory update on IV Tramadol and other corporate updates.
• Asana, Inc. (NYSE:ASAN) rose 24.9% to $22.23 in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected Q4 results and issued strong forecast for the current quarter.
• Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE:EBS) rose 17.8% to $12.20 in pre-market trading. Emergent BioSolutions recently posted upbeat quarterly sales.
• Versus Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:VS) shares rose 15.1% to $0.6894 in pre-market trading. Versus Systems, last month, announced a $2.25 million registered direct offering.
• Cassava Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAVA) rose 12.1% to $28.00 in pre-market trading following the purchase of 88,841 shares by a company director.
• Kiromic BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ:KRBP) rose 10.5% to $0.2040 in pre-market trading after gaining around 22% on Wednesday.

• SVB Financial Group (NASDAQ:SIVB) fell 30.9% to $185.00 in pre-market trading after the company announced plans to sell assets and disclosed a $1.75 billion share sale. The company also reduced its 2023 outlook.
• MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) shares dropped 12.1% to $201.00 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak revenue guidance.
• Exela Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:XELA) fell 11.5% to $0.0609 in pre-market trading after gaining 12% on Wednesday. Exela Technologies recently announced $51 million of new funding, amendment increases existing securitization facility to $185 million and other related transactions.
• Signature Bank (NASDAQ:SBNY) fell 8.1% to $95.00 in pre-market trading.
• Sonnet BioTherapeutics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SONN) shares fell 7.2% to $0.70 in pre-market trading after dropping over 8% on Wednesday.

• Etsy, Inc. (NASDAQ:ETSY) fell 5.5% to $106.98 in pre-market trading. Etsy recently reported better-than-expected Q4 revenues and said it acquired around 9.5 million new buyers.
