  • ObsEva SA (NASDAQ:OBSV) jumped 56.5% to $0.1299. ObsEva shares dropped over 50% on Friday after the company announced strategic reorganization to consolidate operations in Switzerland.
  • Blackboxstocks Inc. (NASDAQ:BLBX) rose 33% to $0.7300. Blackboxstocks said it sees Q4 revenue of $950K-$1.05M.
  • Moolec Science SA (NASDAQ:MLEC) gained 25.3% to $5.14.

  • Seagen Inc. (NASDAQ:SGEN) gained 11.9% to $180.51 following reports indicating pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc (NYSE:PFE) is considering acquiring the biotech company. According to a Wall Street Journal report citing people familiar with the matter, Pfizer is in early stage talks to acquire Seagen.
  • Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE:UNP) gained 10.5% to $212.99 after the company said it would name a new CEO in 2023 after hedge fund Soroban Capital Partners called for leadership changes. B of A Securities upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy.
  • Inpixon (NASDAQ:INPX) rose 9.5% to $1.2596.
  • Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE:KOS) gained 9% to $8.24 following better-than-expected quarterly results.

  • Smith Micro Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMSI) shares dipped 46.4% to $1.3392 after the company announced notice of termination from Tier 1 carrier for the company's family safety solution.
  • Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:RNER) dropped 43.3% to $5.16 after company’s general meeting was cancelled on Sunday, seeing reports that investors in merging co. hub security's SPAC have not deposited the money due before merger, according to Calcalist.
  • Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:RETA) fell 24.45 to $33.66.
  • Movella Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:MVLA) dropped 23.2% to $2.7088.
  • TEGNA Inc. (NYSE:TGNA) fell 21.3% to $1.3392 after the Federal Communications Commission said it would hold a hearing to review the company's pending acquisition by Standard General. The company also posted downbeat quarterly results.

  • Ocean Biomedical, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCEA) shares dropped 10.4% to $8.95 after dropping over 7% on Friday. Ocean Biomedical recently issued a press release celebrating the discovery of bispecific antibodies and immune checkpoint inibitors that kill glioblastoma cells and melanoma cells and block the metastasis of malignant melanoma cells to the lung by over 90%.
