News Corp Confirmed Discussions Regarding Move, Inc.

News Corp today confirmed that it is engaged in discussions with CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSGP) regarding a potential sale of Move, Inc, operator of Realtor.com. News Corp actively assesses opportunities to maximize shareholder value, and discussions with CoStar Group are part of that ongoing effort. Any potential transaction would support News Corp's strategy to optimize the value of its Digital Real Estate Services segment, while strengthening Realtor.com's competitive position in the market. There can be no assurance any transaction will result from these discussions. News Corp does not intend to make any additional comments regarding this matter unless and until it is appropriate or required to do so, or a formal agreement has been reached
